Physical Therapist

Kayla graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology, before receiving a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from George Fox University. Kayla is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Oregon, and has been working in pediatric physical therapy settings for the past 10 years.

Kylan Taylor

Speech-Language Pathologist

Kylan graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Foundations and a minor in Special Education, before receiving a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Pacific University. Kylan is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Oregon, and has been working in pediatric speech therapy settings for the past 11 years.

Sarah Van Houten

Occupational Therapist

Sarah is a licensed Occupational Therapist in Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College, and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine. Dedicated to fostering strong relationships with both children and their families, Sarah believes collaboration is key to progress. She strives to make therapy fun and empowering, guiding each child toward achieving their fullest potential.

Rochelle Baker

SLP Assistant

Hi! I’m Rochelle Baker. I currently love my work at Tater Tots Pediatric Clinic, where I have been providing Speech-Language therapy as an SLPA since 2023. I have spent thirteen years working within the Special Education Department and five years as an SLPA in the public education setting. Being born and raised in the Klamath Basin and raising my own two sons I have a strong commitment to the community.

Hannah Van Meter

Administrative Assistant

Hannah joins the clinic having worked in a Pediatric Therapy setting for three years, while being in the medical field (both human and animal) for about ten years. Prior to that she was a Model Builder for Legoland California. Hannah is from Chiloquin, and lives in Klamath with her husband and their two dogs.

Tate

Facility Dog

Tate holds the unofficial title of worlds cutest dog, and is the reigning employee of the month. Tate is in person part time and works virtually from home part time as well, so keep and eye out for her if you are in the clinic.
